Residents across Moorabool can cool off tomorrow with the Bacchus Marsh and Ballan outdoor pools, along with the Ballan Splash Park, planned to open for extended hours on Wednesday 7 January.
The facilities will operate under extended hours from 11am to 8pm, weather conditions permitting, as warm temperatures are expected to draw large crowds.
Moorabool Leisure Services has warned that peak periods may see the pools reach capacity, which could result in entry delays or temporary pauses on admissions to ensure patron safety.
Additional staff will be on duty throughout the day to help manage crowds and maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for visitors.
