Endangered species comes to life for children at Melton

Endangered species will come to life at Melton these school holidays.

Woodgrove Shopping Centre and Showtime are creating an interactive zoo experience for children to learn about endangered animals and the threats they face.

There will be craft workshops, animatronics, live shows and animal tales sessions to keep youngsters entertained.

Visitors who snap the “wildest” photo at the Woodgrove centre and share the photo on Facebook or Instagram – by tagging @woodgrovesc and hashtagging #wdwildthings – will be in the running for an overnight stay at the Werribee Open Range Zoo.

The Wild Things program will run until July 17.
