Cool for kids, guaranteed

Jyle and Stephanie Edgell and Antonio Pavone (pictured) escaped the summer heat at St Albans Leisure Centre last week. They were among hundreds of Brimbank kids who have taken to the water for summer school holiday fun. And while there was plenty of ducking and diving, the centre turns its attention to some serious swim survival skills on January 25 when term one swimming lessons begin. Led by Austswim-qualified instructors, the classes teach children to swim confidently and safely, and survive in the water. More details: www.brimbank.vic.gov.au or call 9249 4635.
