School holidays have kept Brimbank libraries busier than ever, with a host of holiday activities to keep the children entertained … and plenty more to come. Last Thursday, youngsters discovered the wonders of the ‘Lost World’ as they learnt how to create a string of paper pteranodons (flying reptiles from the Mesozoic Age) at Sunshine library. Activities will culminate with a dinosaur performance on Saturday, February 6, at Sydenham library. For a full list of holiday activities and events – including ‘create a comic’ and underwater diorama art classes – go to www.brimbanklibraries.vic.gov.au
