Police have charged a man following the death of another man in Maddingley.
Police were first called to a Stonehill Drive address to assist Ambulance Victoria following reports a man had been injured, about 7.40pm on January 11.
A 61-year-old man was airlifted to hospital where he later died.
Another person at the home, a 35-year Maddingley man, was subsequently arrested and charged with murder on Sunday.
The man was remanded to appear in Melbourne Magistrates Court Monday morning.
The parties involved are known to each other.
Detectives are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident.
