Moorabool Shire is calling for expressions of interest from visual artists to participate in public art activations this upcoming festive season.
Over summer, Moorabool will run a program of activations across the shire “to bring communities together again to celebrate and connect,” their website read.
The council is offering a chance for artists to develop temporary past up artworks to be displayed on building walls throughout the community.
The theme for submissions is ‘Creating Moments of Joy in Everyday Life’.
Moorabool is also on the lookout for local businesses to host artworks on their buildings.
Applications close Sunday November 14 and can be made here: www.moorabool.vic.gov.au/summer-arts-activation
