A 48-year-old Ballan woman has died after the car she was in struck a tree.
Police believe the woman’s green Holden Commodore veered of Frichots Lane, near Stone Hut Lane, in Ballan on Friday night.
The car was discovered by a passerby just before 10pm.
The exact time of the crash is unknown.
