Business owners are being urged to nominate for the upcoming Melton Business Excellence Awards.
The awards showcase local enterprise and reward their contributions, achievements or service to Melton.
Nominations for 12 categories, recognising home businesses, trades, creative, professional, hospitality and more, are open until April 29.
Special awards including the Mayoral Achievement Award, Best Access and Inclusion Business Award and overall 2019 Business of the Year will be selected from the winners of those categories.
All award winners will be announced at a dinner at the end of August.
Melton mayor Bob Turner said the awards have a long and proud history of promoting local enterprises.
“Nominating your business for an award is not only an opportunity to reflect on how far you’ve come, but the Awards Gala Dinner is a fantastic way of celebrating that journey,” Cr Turner said.
