Melton youngsters who can’t afford a bicycle will have the chance to get their hands on one of 300 free bikes when Olympic BMX silver medallist Sam Willoughby stops by to launch The Happiness Cycle this Thursday.
Designed to get teens riding, the community-based program will supply 300 BMX, hybrid or single-speed bicycles to 15- or 16-year-olds who register online.
