Five-star rating puts Toyota dealer on top for service

In 2014, Melton Toyota scored a five-star guest services rating, the highest customer service ranking across the Toyota network.

Now, says service manager Leigh Cecil, the team is shooting for the president’s award, given to the number one dealership overall.

Leigh explains how the ranking came about.

“We regularly monitor client satisfaction levels, with strict assessment criteria, in both sales and servicing,” he says. “Not only does this ensure our standards never slip, but is the best indicator of successfully providing a ‘guest-first’ culture.”

Outstanding premises make Melton Toyota a nice place to visit, whether to check out the new, used and demo vehicles in the showroom or yard, to get your vehicle serviced by a crew with 30 years’ combined experience or to source a genuine Toyota part or accessory.

A while-you-wait express service is made doubly convenient at the progressive, proactive dealership via a clients’ lounge – with comfy seating, tea and coffee-making provision, workstations and free WiFi … that’s smart thinking and underscores the client-centric focus.

“Courtesy cars, pick-up and delivery and customer drop-offs to their home or work in the local area are other very handy benefits when dealing with us – we even offer a free game of golf while awaiting the finish of a service. And servicing is price capped for three years, or 60,000 kilometres.”

The all-new Toyota C-HR is slated for arrival in the showroom early next year. Motoring enthusiasts describe the sleek, muscular, daring style as shaping the future of small SUVs following a much-anticipated premiere at this year’s Geneva motor show. Leigh encourages registering your interest online to get in on some exciting opportunities.

An exciting range of hybrid vehicles is also part of the Toyota stable. The Camry’s leading hybrid synergy drive technology, the Prius’ refinement and innovation, the Prius C’s zippy compactness and the eco-friendly, fuel-efficient Prius V people-mover are attracting more savvy car buyers than ever.

The big range of used cars includes many makes and models, including always sought-after Toyotas.

Melton Toyota, 143-147 High Street, Melton. Opens 7.30am-5.15pm Monday-Friday and 8am-noon Saturday. Inquiries: 8746 0300 or visit www.meltontoyota.com.au
