Space galore: 33 Archer Drive, Kurunjang, 3337

Opposite a large park with footy ground, barbecue area and play equipment, this is a place for space-loving families – there are four living areas in all, each decorated individually.

First up, along the entry hall with floating floorboards, is a grey-carpeted open lounge room with an angled ceiling rising to about four metres. It has the timber blinds that, along with mid-grey textured roller blinds, dress most windows.

Then, farther along, is an open playroom, with dark floor planks and forest-green highlight wall. The floating floorboards continue into the expansive hub, which has double doors to a carpeted theatre room. A two-way gas log fire warms this room and the hub.

The kitchen, with dark-chocolate cabinetry, has loads of Caesarstone benches (one able to seat six for brekkie), a walk-in pantry, burnt-orange glass splashback, a dishwasher and Blanco 900mm underbench oven and gas cooktop. The big laundry, along the entry hall, has a french-door closet and charcoal cabinetry, as well as access to the remote-controlled double garage.

Also along the entry hall is a carpeted open study with burnt-orange highlight wall, plus a powder room, the main bedroom and the first minor bedroom.

The extra-big main bedroom, through double doors, has a retreat space, twin walk-in fitted wardrobes and an open
en suite with dual square basins atop a charcoal floating vanity, a double shower and a glazed door to the alfresco area. Terracotta-toned tiles line the floor, as they do in all wet areas.

The two other fitted bedrooms are along a carpeted hallway from the hub, as is the main bathroom decked out in charcoal and white.

Ducted heating, split-system and multiple ceiling fans add seasonal comfort.

Accessible from entry hall and hub, an integrated alfresco area has a wooden seat perched beside a pond rimmed with decorative grasses, while yukkas screen the fence. The compact backyard has a garden shed and water tank and awaits landscaping. Side gates open to a spot to park boat or trailer.
