Polish and pizzazz: 19 Benalla Avenue, Eynesbury, 3338

This is one of those swish contemporary abodes that seem to proliferate in Eynesbury, one of Victoria’s youngest towns. It’s loaded up with glam and sophistication over the nearly 40 squares and much heed has been paid to life-simplifying technology and energy savings.
