Impeccable taste: 27 Ravida Avenue, Harkness, 3337

This impeccably presented residence in Arnold’s Creek estate is in a great family-friendly spot within two-minute drives of Arnold’s Creek Primary School and a shopping strip anchored by Foodworks (next door to a community centre and reserve) and five minutes from three other top schools.

Everything about this place is harmonious and well put-together. Carpet and rollerblinds on all windows are in mid-grey and walls are white with soft-grey accent walls, while matte floating floor planks are laid in the entry hall and large living hub.

The main bedroom, on the entry hall’s right, has a walk-in robe and an open en suite decked out in grey and white and with a large shower and enclosed toilet.

Three more fitted bedrooms are down a carpeted hallway, one with a pink accent wall and another with mauve. They share the hallway with the grey-and-white main bathroom, as well as a separate toilet and laundry.

Before the living hub opens up, there’s an open carpeted lounge/theatre room that’s nicely tucked away for retreat times.

The sleek kitchen, with an island bench topped with pearl-grey stone and able to seat five, has a walk-in pantry, plenty of white cupboards, white splashback tiles and 900mm underbench oven, gas cooktop
and dishwasher, each with Westinghouse tag.

Meals and family areas both open to a covered deck that is surrounded by expanses of grey-coloured concrete, part of which forms a driveway behind side gates for boat and trailer entry.

The backyard is taken up with a step-up synthetic lawn area rimmed with pebbled areas ready for landscaping.

Other noteworthy features are ducted heating and cooling and a remote-controlled double garage with internal access to the entry hall.
