Golfing lifestyle: 95 Lancefield Circuit, Eynesbury, 3338

With a manicured front garden, deep verandah and a fairway on its doorstep, this sunny house is both an entertainer’s dream and a passport to the golfing lifestyle.

The colour palette is a nod to the surrounding environment, with glossy, sand-toned floor tiles and taupe walls. These glide from the entrance hall to the bright central kitchen, meals and living area and through most of the dwelling.

The stylish kitchen has a butler’s pantry, stainless-steel appliances and stone benchtops.

Windows covered with plantation shutters evoke a get-away ambience and frame the entertainment space and an integrated outside living area.

Ceiling fans keep things cool in this large space, while the broad, synthetic turf around the rear garden ensures pleasant and trouble-free lounging at any time.

Just beyond this evergreen yard, the vista of the Eynesbury golf course beckons.

Direct access to the fairway from the backyard makes a few practice swings or even a few rounds with buddies possible whenever the urge hits.

Back indoors, however, there’s room for more escapism with the large home theatre. This has two tiers of seating, luxurious wallpaper and carpeting, heavy blockout curtains at the windows and a mounted screen for the authentic cinema experience.

Nearby, two large bedrooms are carpeted in charcoal-coloured carpets and share a central bathroom with stone-topped benches, a large shower and pale caramel floor tiles.

The vast main bedroom has a large walk-in robe, while rich grey carpets underfoot complement the colour canvas of the en suite, with its sleek, twin above-counter vanity basins visible through a wide bulk-headed opening.

With a double garage, plantation shutters at most of the windows, and cooling and heating upping the comfort levels, the only dilemma is whether to stay put and luxuriate at home, or amble over to the peaceful green and play a few rounds.
