A stellar line-up is sure to keep everyone entertained at this year’s Djerriwarrh Festival.

Now in its 36th year, the festival is on again next month at the Melton Recreation Reserve.

A parade will make its way down High Street from 11am on Saturday, November 7, kicking off official celebrations at noon with performances by the Community Showcase Ring.

An epic fireworks finale will cap off the big day of entertainment at 10pm.

Melton mayor Sophie Ramsey urged residents to join in the much-loved event.

“The Djerriwarrh festival is a wonderful opportunity for our community to come together and celebrate what makes the city of Melton a great place to live,” Cr Ramsey said.

“It promises to be a fantastic day of fun and entertainment for all ages.”

A free bus service will help festival-goers get home safely after the fireworks finale.
