Darley lost by 10 wickets but was never threatened with outright defeat as Wendouree opted to bat the full day in first grade.
Darley (six points) remains ninth, 12 off finals pace, after the 90 to 9-275 defeat. Wendouree passed the target without a wicket lost but, rather than declare and bowl again, decided to bat on.
