Tigers greats help Bacchus Marsh juniors realise hoop dreams

Young basketballers in Bacchus Marsh have joined in a clinic to improve their skills.

Lachlan Cressey, Caleb O’Malley and Mason Torney (pictured) were among 150 juniors who attended the clinic run by Melbourne Tigers captain Tommy Greer and community development manager Warrick Giddey.

They were shown drills to help with their basketball development and were treated to autograph and photo session with Tigers players.

“The large attendance at the clinic showed that basketball participation and growth is once again alive and well in the town,” Bacchus Marsh Basketball Association spokesman Grant McMillan said.
