Bacchus Marsh Primary School has unveiled a sculpture that celebrates the town and its history.
The sculpture was crafted by ex-student Sam Cameron (pictured with students Max and Penny) as a tribute to the historic elm trees that line the road into town.
Unveiled on Anzac Day, the sculpture commemorates the fallen diggers of World War I and II and encourages students to have a greater understanding of the town’s Avenue of Honour.
Principal Ian Wren says the sculpture is a
great artwork and reflective of the town.
