MELTON Central fought hard to half-time, but North Ballarat disappeared into the distance to win by 87 points in VWFL north-west division on Sunday.
Central trailed by 25 at the long break but kicked just one more goal in the game on the way to losing 4.3 (27) to North Ballarat 17.12 (114).
Tara Crisp was the Blues’ only multiple goalkicker; Sarah Bryant was best in face of the onslaught.
