People are rushing to move to Bacchus Marsh, a real estate expert said last week. Devine Victoria general manager Neil Anderson said Australian Bureau of Statistics data showed Bacchus Marsh’s population grew by 4.2per cent in the 12 months to June. He said demand for land was rising, with Stonehill estate achieving more than $12million in sales in the past year.
