Djerriwarrh Health provided a glimpse into future practices when it hosted an electronic health demonstration last Tuesday.
More than 70 doctors, nurses, allied health professionals and practice managers were shown how e-health records work.
The records, which collate a patient’s health information in one electronic document accessible to health professionals, will be introduced as part of the federal government’s National Health Reform.
