Denise Gereck and her granddaughter Chloe (pictured) celebrated Grandparents Day at Coburn Primary School last Thursday. The Education Week event celebrated the important role grandparents play in children’s lives. Grandparents were invited to the school to see what their grandchildren learn. They read to pupils and helped them with their homework.
