Prep pupil Ella-Lee (pictured) put her imagination to work at Kurunjang Primary School last week. The school’s Education Week focus was numeracy, with pupils given the chance to create a ‘‘metre monster’’. Children had to make their monsters one metre high or wide, using a variety of materials and being as imaginative as possible. The monsters are on display in the school’s personal learning space and classrooms.
