One-sided results marked the Riddell District Netball League competition this week, with a 24-goal margin the closest result in the five A-grade matches.
As expected, all the top teams won, with the finals contenders flexing their muscles after a week off for interleague.
Second-placed Rupertswood had the biggest win of the round, defeating Woodend-Hesket by 71 goals, 88-17.
Amy Starzer was the standout under the ring for Rupo, scoring 46 goals from 56 attempts.
In a dominant display from start to finish, the home side scored 19 goals or more each quarter and kept the defence tight. The Hawks tried four different shooters; Maddeline Starrisina was the best with nine goals.
At Ian Cowie Reserve, Wallan was too strong for bottom side Rockbank, winning by 61 goals, 79-18, on the back of 52 goals from Kate Bishop.

Lancefield cemented its spot in the top six with a 48-goal win against Kilmore at Lancefield Park, 72 to 24. Shooters Gemma Jackson and Alex Darby shared the goals with 39 and 33 respectively.
Undefeated Riddell kept its winning run alive with an easy 61-33 win against Diggers Rest.
The Burras stayed with the Bombers for the first term, but a 15-7 second term allowed the Bombers to take control.
Bridget Aughton, Lauren Close and Tayla Quigley were best for the Bombers; Courtney Sherwell, Georgia Vicendese and Clare Lynch stood out for the Burras.
In the closest game of the round, Melton Centrals beat Macedon by 24 goals, 56-32. Rebecca Wilson was best on court for Centrals, with Melissa Laird and Jessica May providing great support.
For the Cats, Emmy Tebble, Jessica Trembath and Karri Ambler stood tall.
