Bungaree secured another big win in the Central Highlands Football League.
The Demons defeated Beaufort by 91 points, 20.8 (128) to 5.7 (37).
Jackson Murphy was the standout for Bungaree, booting six goals, while Shaun Finlayson was also solid with four. The win is the Demons’ 15th of the season.
Ballan got back on the winners’ list after an 11-goal win against Carngham Linton.
Ballan controlled the match from start to finish and kicked a minimum of four goals each quarter.
Scoring didn’t come as easy at the other end of the ground as the clamps were put on the Carngham Linton forwards.
Ballan conceded just two goals in the first half which helped to set up the 17.19 (121) to 8.17 (65) win.
It was a day to remember for Ballan forward Ryan Aquilina who kicked four goals and was among the best players for his side.
