Iphone myki card issue addressed

Public Transport Victoria (PTV) is working to address an issue with myki cards stored on Apple Pay digital wallets on the latest Iphone.

Melbourne commuters using Apple Pay on the latest version of iOS 18.3, released in January, have reported problems in topping up their myki cards.

PTV have moved to assure affected commuters that they are working with Apple to address the issue, while offering a series of alternatives in the meantime.

Commuters can still top up online using credit or bank card details, or using physical credit or bank cards at shops, including all 7-Eleven outlets, myki machines at selected stations and stops, and premium station ticket offices.
