Melton council is calling for residents to nominate community achievers for the 2015 Community Achievement Awards.
Categories include citizen of the year, young citizen of the year (under 25), community project of the year, and woman of the year.
Nomination forms are at www.melton.vic.gov.au, Melton or Caroline Springs civic centres or the Melton Library and Learning Hub.
Nominations are open until November 30.
