The Toyota Good for Footy Raffle has returned this year to give community clubs around the country, including those in Melton and Moorabool, the opportunity to raise funds.
Last year Toyota helped 629 local clubs raise more than $1 million and the aim is to go even bigger this year.
AFL customer and commercial manager Kylie Rogers said the game across all levels, from grassroots to elite, benefits from the continued support.
“Toyota have been a long-standing partner of football and like the AFL, recognises that the foundation of the game is community football,” Ms Rogers said.
“Through various activities like the Toyota Good for Footy Raffle… the clubs and people involved in grassroots footy… receive much-deserved support and recognition.”
“I urge clubs to make the most of the fundraising opportunity on offer through the Good for Footy Raffle.”
Community clubs can register and sell tickets for $5 each, with a $250,000 prize pool on offer comprising 35 prizes, including a Toyota Kluger Hybrid, Toyota Corolla Cross and Toyota Yaris Cross Hybrid.
