Fire danger period for Moorabool Shire is starting soon.
Restrictions will be in place for residents from December 13 to prevent possible bushfires in the area.
The CFA will declare fire danger periods for every municipality at different times of the year in the lead up to fire season.
Once declared, fire restrictions come into force, meaning residents are not allowed to light a fire in the open air unless they have a permit or comply with specific requirements.
