Melton South shed fire put out

Police and the Country Fire Authority were called to a shed fire at a First Avenue, Melton South property on Tuesday afternoon.

The fire was brought under control by 1.20pm.

Police spokesman Adam West said the fire was not being treated suspiciously.

“The fire was quickly brought under control by the CFA,” Mr West said.

“At this stage the fire is not believed to be suspicious. No person was injured in the incident.”
