The Djerriwarrh Festival turned on the fun for Melton families at the weekend.
The annual festival attracted thousands of people to the Melton Recreation Reserve on Saturday to soak up the sun and enjoy the market stall village, pet expo, international food stalls, Lion’s Club carnival and fireworks.
This year’s theme was “I belong. A celebration of community”.
Melton mayor Bob Turner said many months of planning and organising went into creating the day and he thanked all involved.
