A touch of luxe: 1 Golfers Nook, Bacchus Marsh, 3340

On one of the many gentle hills that give Bacchus Marsh its picturesque setting, this place has the look that will impress many families. It’s not just the expansive floorplan and spa pool in the side yard that win ticks, it’s also the luxe feel of interior decor and appointments.

The on point colour palette of charcoal, greys and white is executed with a great deal of chic. Pendant light fittings with a soft-industrial look in charcoal, carpets in dark grey, tiling in charcoal and white, a mix of mid-grey roman blinds, timber blinds and soft drapes, plus floorboards combine to create harmony and style throughout.

The floorboards begin in the generous entry hall, bisect a theatre room and study, and then flow into the expansive living hub which has a wood heater and multiple windows admitting northerly light.

The kitchen incorporates a big walk-in pantry and is chock-full of appeal.

An undermount sink in an island bench topped with white stone, charcoal cabinetry and display shelves, white splashback subway tiling and all the shiny mod-cons grant the space much aesthetic appeal.

The large main bedroom, facing sunrise views, has twin walk-in wardrobes and a sleek en suite which has a freestanding oval tub, a big shower and bowl basins atop a stylish vanity unit.

Three more fitted bedrooms share their own zone with a carpeted rumpus room, a separate toilet and a bathroom every bit as swish as the en suite.

Ducted heating and evaporative cooling provide indoor climate control.

The living hub accesses a patio, there’s a good expanse of lawn for kids’ play, gardens require low upkeep and the pool is positioned to take advantage of views.

The golf club and Darley Primary School are less than five minutes away by car.
