Perfect family lifestyle at Peppermint Grove

Set in a popular part of Melton West, Peppermint Grove estate provides residents with the comforts and conveniences of urban living.

The best of Melton is accessible from your front door and as you stroll through the estate’s tree-lined streets to the wetlands and proposed playground, you realise Peppermint Grove is in an enviable spot.

A number of schools such as St Catherine’s Primary School, Catholic Regional College Melton and Melton West Primary School are nearby, and Woodgrove shopping centre isn’t far either.

There’s also the option to enjoy some family time by taking an outing to Navan Park, which has a lake, playground, barbecues and walking and bike paths.

Or visit the Arthur Westlake Memorial Reserve on Bulmans Road that has a skate park and barbecue and picnic facilities.

Peppermint Grove residents are also about a 35-minute drive from Melbourne’s CBD, Melton train station is nearby and buses stop at the front of the estate.

If popping into the library is on the to-do list, the 2013 innovative learning and library hub in McKenzie Street is a quick drive away.

The hub offers children’s programs, maternal and child health services and community activities.

Peppermint Grove offers a range of block sizes.

Stage eight has recently been released and with stages one through seven already snapped up buyers are advised to get in soon.
