Founded by Michael Ahmet, Varcon is now a third generation company involving daughter Deniz and two grand daughters.

“At Varcon Group we are committed to sourcing locally and environmentally friendly products for all of our buildings. We do a lot of research internally before we recommend a product to our clients.
“We are also motivated by the power behind creating local communities. Places where locals, business owners, families and the wider community can thrive, a place to call home.“
The whole Varcon team encourage sustainable construction and building, leading to a more sustainable future.
“We came through very challenging times the last three years, as did most businesses,“ said Deniz.
“We stuck it out and did everything we could to adapt and to ensure we kept all of our staff employed, which we did by creating our own internal projects and bringing them forward in our project pipeline. For example, we launched projects building housing for the homeless and we developed public housing in partnerships with the government.
“We’ve been working with the government with affordable housing for over 25 years. With our relationship with Homes Victoria, we have taken hundreds of people and put them into safer and more stable environments and housing.
“Creating homes for those in need is a huge passion of ours.“
